Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Rock N Art Shop.

Every piece in our collection is handmade in our California studio, and we take great care to package and ship your order safely. We've shipped hundreds of handmade pottery pieces and works of art to customers across the country, and every order is packed as if we were sending it to a friend.

Processing Time

Most in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days.

If your order includes a custom or made-to-order piece, we'll discuss the estimated production and shipping timeline with you before work begins.

Please note that processing time and shipping transit time are separate. Once your package leaves our studio, delivery times are determined by the carrier.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

We primarily ship via USPS, though we may occasionally use UPS depending on the size and nature of the shipment.

Standard Shipping: Typically 5–8 business days

Expedited Shipping: Typically 2–3 business days

If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order and we'll do our best to help.

Fragile Items

Ceramics and artwork require special care, and we take packing seriously.

All pottery and artwork are carefully wrapped and packaged using protective materials designed to help your purchase arrive safely.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the item and the packaging. We'll work with you to make it right.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.

If your tracking information shows a delivered package that you cannot locate, please check with neighbors, household members, your local post office, or building management. While we cannot be responsible for packages confirmed as delivered, we will gladly assist you in contacting the carrier when possible.
