We want you to love your purchase. Because our pottery and artwork are handmade and often one-of-a-kind, our return policy is a little different than that of a traditional retail store. Please take a moment to review the information below before placing your order.

Handmade Pottery & Original Artwork

Every piece of pottery is handmade, and every painting is an original work of art. Variations in glaze movement, texture, color, and surface details are part of the handmade process and are what make each piece unique. Computer and phone screens may also display colors differently, so colors may vary slightly from what you see online.

For these reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges based on change of mind, buyer's remorse, color differences between screen and real life, natural variations inherent in handmade work, or preference changes after delivery. If you have questions about a specific piece before purchasing, we're always happy to provide additional photographs or details.

Custom Orders

Custom, commissioned, personalized, or made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Original Paintings

All original painting sales are final. We're happy to answer questions and provide additional information before purchase to help ensure you're comfortable with your selection.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging every order, but occasionally damage can occur during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include your order number, photos of the damaged item, and photos of the packaging and shipping box. These photos help us document the damage and, when applicable, file a claim with the shipping carrier. Once we've reviewed the information, we'll work with you to make things right — this may include a replacement (when available) or a refund. Because many of our pieces are one of a kind, an identical replacement may not be possible.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll resolve the issue at no cost to you.
